You are cordially invited to participate in the 53rd Annual Western States Jazz Festival, one of the oldest educational jazz festivals in the United States.  With divisions for jazz groups from elementary through college, including four high school divisions, the Western States Jazz Festival can ensure a balanced competitive setting.

Upland High School has excellent facilities and is centrally located with plenty of bus and spectator parking. Our Highlander Auditorium is a state-of-the-art performance site with outstanding lighting and sound equipment. It continues to provide a wonderful environment for your viewing and listening pleasure for concerts. In addition to our guest artist, we will be providing each band with a clinic following their performance. What a great opportunity to provide your students with a day of music education.
