Are you ready for an unforgettable jazz festival experience? Every year, over 60 bands from across Southern California participate in this premiere music event. This year’s guest artist is Grammy winning John Daversa.

Guest Artist

John Daversa is a multi-Grammy winning artist, composer, arranger, producer, bandleader, educator, and Chair of Studio Music and Jazz at The Frost School of Music, University of Miami. Daversa earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from UCLA, a Master of Fine Arts degree in Jazz Studies at CalArts, and a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Jazz Studies at USC.

On both days, John Daversa will be performing with the Upland Jazz Ensemble at the noontime concert.
